A page for the bandBand members scan a QR code to see what's been called and ask for a part of the song. No app to install.
Stays on your MacSpeech is recognized on the Mac itself (nearly every Mac on macOS 14 or newer can). No accounts, no tracking.
Installing
- Download Callout and open the file. Drag Callout onto Applications.
- Open Callout. The first time, macOS says it can't check the developer. That's because Callout is free and isn't sold through Apple. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. You only do this once per Mac.
- Enter the activation code you were given, and follow the welcome guide. It walks you through connecting to Playback over network MIDI and teaching Playback Callout's notes (Edit › MIDI Mapping).
After that, Callout updates itself. It tells you when a new version is ready, and never during a service.
